All of our product offerings are fulfilled in our Aurora, CO warehouse when your order is placed. It takes 3-7 business days for any order to go through production before it is shipped out. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays).

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and an email confirmation. You will also receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
All products will be given USPS shipping as options for shipping. If you have a preferred option, please contact our customer service team. We do deliver to P.O. boxes and APO addresses via USPS. We will ship internationally; however, please keep in mind that both the shipping rates and shipping times will vary depending on your location. Contact us for more details.
Please be aware that import taxes vary from country to country. Please contact the customs department for the country you are having your package delivered to (international orders) if you have any concerns regarding customs/duty taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any VAT taxes, duty/customs taxes on good purchased outside of the country that the package is being delivered to.
SHIPPING TO AN APO/FPO
Please ensure that the formatting for the address is 100 percent correct so that there are no issues when shipping your order. Here is an example of a properly formatted APO/FPO address:

*Please note that incorrect addresses will severely delay your order.
It is up to your country’s customs service to determine whether or not they will apply customs charges / duty fees on incoming parcels from the United States. Customs fees are not calculated into shipping charges at the time orders are placed and are not imposed until packages reach their destination country. Unfortunately, these fees must be paid to your country’s customs service in order to receive your package.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 60 days of your order date. If the product is still available for purchase, we are happy to exchange. If not, we can issue a store credit for a different design option. These items must not have been worn or washed in order to be accepted. To make an exchange, please send back the item with the original invoice (if you still have it) and a summary explaining why the exchange. We will email you once we receive it and put it back in production. Your exchange will be sent out within 5-7 business days.
Only static products can be returned for a refund. Your item cannot be worn or washed and you will need to send your item back to: Chipper Shipper 2202 S Nome CT, Aurora, CO 80014. We will email you once we receive it and process your refund. The money will be back in your account within 2-5 business days.
If there was an issue with your order – please contact customer service and we will correct it.
When you’re happy, we’re happy. Bullets Both Ways stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your merchandise by following the steps below. Again, you can return your order for a refund within 60 days of your purchase.
• Email your sales order information so we can locate the order you’d like to return.
• Fill out the return and exchange form and be sure to include the form in your package.
• Be sure to include the following:
o Order Number
o Reason for exchange
Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in good condition.
No refunds will be given without a receipt.
Refunds are for merchandise values only.
We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt.
Did you receive a Bullets Both Ways gift and are missing the packing slip? Just give our customer care team a call at 720-729-1911.
Fill-out the returns and exchange form and indicate what you are returning or exchanging. Please indicate if this order was a gift. If you do not have your packing slip, please call Customer Service at 720-729-1911.
To ensure a prompt and accurate returns process, we ask that you include your order number on the return form. To access your order number, simply log-in to your account or contact us.

We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of the package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your order has shipped. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at (720)-729-1911 and speak to a representative. They will be happy to process your cancellation and refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-5 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If there is an issue with the original payment method, such as a lost or stolen credit card, we will be happy to offer you an in-store credit for the full value of your purchase. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund.
You may request a cancellation any time before the pre-order has closed. If it is past the CLOSE date, and the item is already in production, we will provide a store credit for 50% of that item’s cost.
Bullets Both Ways wants to make your returns and exchanges as simple as possible. Please let us know how we can help.
For defective items such as holes, tears, loose strings, or design flaws, let our customer service staff know so they can send you a replacement right away! We do ask that you provide pictures so we can track any flaws and prevent them from happening in the future.
For pre-order and limited time specials, we cannot exchange the item but would be more than happy to issue a store credit if you are not satisfied with the item. Again, let customer service know so we can help.

How We Collect User Data
